Task Force Gets Mine-resistant Ambulances

SOURCE US DEFENSE DEPARTMENT Twenty-two Japanese jets scrambled in response to an incident this past weekend involving four Russian military aircraft,details reported were few.Japan has charged Russia with violating Japanese airspace. The Nimitz Carrier Strike Group entered the U.S. 7th Fleet's area of responsibility just one day before the incident . USS Nimitz arrived in Sasebo, Japan, Feb. 11 .
